Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE) is a comprehensive, open-access database of cancer cell lines and their associated genomic data. The CCLE was created to provide the research community with a valuable resource for understanding the genetic landscape of cancer and identifying new therapeutic targets.
