Cellular waste is the solid or semisolid remains of cells that are no longer needed by the body. This waste consists of dead and dying cells, as well as those that have been damaged beyond repair. Another approach is exercise, which has been shown to increase phagocytic activity and help reduce cellular waste accumulation.
