Geographers use a variety of methods to study the Earth’s surface, including fieldwork, remote sensing, mapping, and statistical analysis.

The field of geography is essential for understanding the world around us. It helps us make sense of our surroundings and understand how human activities impact the environment. Geography also provides valuable insights into economic activity, social patterns, and political processes. As such, it is an important tool for policymakers and planners who seek to create sustainable communities and promote economic development.

You can pursue a degree in geography at the undergraduate or graduate level ,or take courses as part of another degree program .
