Styx (styx) is an extremely long river in Greek mythology that forms the boundary between Earth and the Underworld. The river was personified as a goddess named Styx, who was the daughter of Oceanus and Tethys. She had four children by Pallas: Nike, Bia, Kratos, and Zelus.
