Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) is a research university specializing in engineering science & technology located in Eindhoven, Netherlands. The university was founded in 1956 as the Technische Hogeschool Eindhoven (THE), and was later renamed to its current name in 1986. TU/e has been ranked as one of the top technical universities in Europe, and its alumni include 8 Nobel Prize laureates.
TU/e offers bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD programs in a wide range of engineering disciplines such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial design, and applied physics.
