UC Irvine, also known as UCI or University of California, Irvine, is a public research university located in Irvine, California. It is one of the 10 campuses of the University of California system. UCI traces its roots back to the establishment of a graduate school in 1965 and the creation of undergraduate programs in 1967. The university offers over 200 undergraduate and graduate degrees through its 12 schools and colleges.
