University of St Andrews is a world-renowned university located in the historic city of St Andrews, Scotland. Founded in 1413, it is the oldest university in Scotland and the third oldest university in the English-speaking world. The University has a reputation for excellence in both teaching and research, and is ranked as one of the top universities in the UK and Europe.

Teaching at the University of St Andrews is organised into four main faculties: Arts & Divinity; Medicine, Dentistry & Veterinary Medicine; Science & Engineering; and Social Sciences.
