Adelphi University is a private institution located in Garden City, New York. Founded in 1896, Adelphi has grown to become one of the premier universities on Long Island and its surrounding area. Adelphi offers over 50 undergraduate majors and 80 graduate programs in fields such as business, nursing, education, social work, psychology and communications.
In addition to its main campus in Garden City, Adelphi also operates several satellite campuses throughout Long Island including Manhattanville College and Bronx Community College.
